Over the course of 12 weeks, we will reorient your vision and goals for the company, audit current practices, and retool the organization to meet your new vision and the needs of those you work with.
Ongoing Coaching

For founders and leaders that are wanting on-going support in their pursuit of joy and values-driven work.
We offer coaching packs in 6 and 12 sessions.
**Note: While we have worked in DEIB in the past and work hard to integrate equity and inclusion thinking into all our services, we do not do DEIB-specific consulting. We encourage organizations looking for this service to work with a DEIB consultant or firm run by non-white people.
